Fascinating Interior Design Exhibited by M Restaurant in London

One thing that strikes you after you walk into M Restaurant with Threadneedle Walk is the magnitude of15356 space is, yet the way intimate it feels! This brand completely new 12, 000 square base London eatery, was a relationship between a veteran restaurateur impressive interior designer, Rene Dekker. Martin Williams’ vision was going to create an establishment which would appeal to a broad spectrum connected with gastronomes and offer the best large cuts as well as the finest ‘raw’ cooking. Coupled with this, the decorations had to emulate a streamlined and sophisticated ambiance which would feel intimate yet well known; in his words “a store hotel without any rooms or maybe a private members club devoid of any members”.

On the ground floor the actual is divided into two key areas by the clever make use of bespoke designed, bronze projection screens, emblazoned with the subtle although ubiquitous M logo. On the left is ‘M Grill’, which will serves some of the finest slices of beef in European union. The scheme is a blend of many elements, most notably often the strong teal fabrics for the banquette seating mixed with understated wool tweeds on the sweet brown armchairs which build a sumptuous, yet simple environment. Everywhere you look, RenĂ© Dekker Design have added enjoyable textural elements leaving not any surface unadorned, such as the synthetic eel skin wall pieces of paper by Elitis, which outside patio's the walls in the banquette niche market.

The client wanted a design that was unique and enjoyable but that would still be self-deprecating, and this is evident in the variety of art as seen in among several other Miles Adridge photos this adorn the restaurant. Holding squarely in the middle of this gorgeously finished wall is a satisfying shot of a glamorous unit sitting at a table when in front of a large plate of grilled steak tartar. The scale has also been properly contemplated considering the double amount ceiling height on the ground carpet. It was essential to ensure the actual delivered an intimate atmosphere, to ensure the team created niches for any banquette seating and contributed the decorative lighting up to just above the tables.
